If you are TAA-eligible and you are offered suitable employment in an area where you would like to relocate and it is greater than the state defined commuting distance, relocation allowances may be available to you.
This benefit covers 90 percent of your allowable relocation costs and provides a stipend equal to three times your average weekly dislocation wage or up to either $1,250 or $1,500, depending on your petition number.
Application deadlines are associated with this benefit. You must be approved prior to embarking on the job search and before incurring any expenses you wish to be reimbursed for.
